Our spacious daylight location in Beers is already decorated with everything you need! From furniture and accessories to handy aids; we have it all arranged for you. Think of different chairs, tables and creative decorations that give every meeting or photoshoot that little bit extra.
We also have “mobile walls” in the space. So you don’t need to bring much—unless you want to use your own stuff, of course you can!

The location is very suitable for both small and large events.
Almost all props are standard in the “Loodz”, so you can grab and use them without any problems.

Large 65 inch TV with 3m long HDMI cable.

You can use a device in the kitchen to select a playlist that suits your moment in Loodz Mosa.
Free parking in front of the door
You can drive your car right up to the front door. You can even drive inside if you have a lot/heavy stuff.
Daylight lamp
A Nanlite daylight lamp. Additional costs of 30 euros per half day (4 hours).
Spacious garden
Greenhouse, lawn, deer meadow, orchard, elephant grass
Lunch options
Our local caterer has several options. Ask for the possibilities. Between 15 and 25 euros per person.
Extra hour?
Do you want to start an hour earlier, or stay longer? We are very flexible, ask for the possibilities.
Host
There is always a host in the room (Ian or Tim). Do you want them to support you during your shoot or event? No problem, ask for the options.

Intended for models to change in peace, but also used as a lactation room and prayer room.

Ian and Tim are more than just your point of contact; they ensure that your event, photoshoot or training session runs smoothly.
They are not afraid to help redecorate the space and create the perfect setting. They can also welcome your guests, make a cup of coffee, prepare lunch. They can even help out as a model or assistant.

The entrance to Loodz Mosa is on a dirt road. Make sure you drive via the Google Maps link and follow the brown signs.
Loodz Mosa can be booked every day of the week between 08:00 and 21:00. Check the “book now” page for current availability.

The space inside is 250m2. Using our mobile walls, movable furniture and many accessories, everyone can create their own corners.
The garden is much larger, but is effectively about 150m2 of lawn, terrace, greenhouse and orchard.

There is ample parking space around Loodz Mosa. For cars, vans, trucks and bicycles.
Parking is free and loading/unloading is possible all the way up to the front door.
The nearest station is Cuijk, approximately 3.5 km from Loodz Mosa.
