Our facilities
Our daylight studio is flexible and fully equipped with all necessary photo props and accessories.
The location is very suitable for both small shoots and larger photo and video productions.
In our storage space you can unload everything, without the studio immediately being full of furniture/clothing racks etc. You can also shoot pack shots at the same time, while the rest of the team takes more lifestyle photos in the studio.

Our space is available for simultaneous use by a maximum of two guests. This way we can keep our rates attractive for you.

PRIVATE STUDIO
With our exclusive access to the space, you can work undisturbed. This means you can concentrate fully, without distractions or noise from other tenants.

WEEKEND
Our studio is also available for rent during the weekend! You will receive a 15% discount on your booking and there is no host present. With a key from the key box, you can enter the studio yourself.

You rent the entire studio! Our greenhouse too!
At Loodz Mosa we don’t make things difficult. You simply rent the entire space/terrain for your photoshoot or video project, including the porch, greenhouse and all indoor facilities.
Ideal if you are looking for a versatile daylight studio for a project in the area of Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Venlo or Nijmegen.
Do you only want to rent the greenhouse? That is possible for €30,- ex. VAT per hour. Whether you are planning a photoshoot or a video production, the flexibility of our space offers you all possibilities!

Loodz Mosa is a daylight studio in Beers (Nijmegen), located between the provinces of Brabant, Gelderland, and Limburg. The entrance to Loodz Mosa is on an unpaved road. Make sure you’re driving via the Google Maps link or follow the brown traffic signs.
Loodz Mosa can be booked every day of the week between 08:00 and 21:00. Check the “book now” page for current availability.

The space inside is 250m2. Using our mobile walls, movable furniture and many accessories, everyone can create their own corners.
The garden is much larger, but is effectively about 150m2 of lawn, terrace, greenhouse and orchard.

There is ample parking space around Loodz Mosa. For cars, vans, trucks and bicycles.
Parking is free and loading/unloading is possible all the way up to the front door.
The nearest station is Cuijk, approximately 3.5 km from Loodz Mosa.
